Coconut Industry Cluster Link, Inc. (Cocolink), formerly Davao Region Coconut Industry Cluster Inc. (DRCICI), is a non-government organization (NGO) registered with the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) last January 13, 2009. We were organized through the Davao Industry Cluster Capacity enhancement Project (DICCEP) of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in cooperation with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Davao Office.
